I purchased 3 set of wheels from Veloelite and have riden them in all seasons. The gravel wheels G38 and GF40 have had some hard winter miles and continue to perform faultlesley. Great service and advice.

I bought a set of Carbon R50s with DT350 hubs last year and rode them all the way from Land’s End to John o’ Groats, they didn’t miss a beat.

Having ridden quite a few different carbon wheels, what really stands out with these is the excellent balance between responsiveness and comfort. They feel fast when you push on, but never harsh over long distances. The freehub is also pleasantly restrained, which is a big plus for me as overly loud hubs have been a real bugbear on other wheelsets I’ve owned.

I’m running P ZERO Race TLR 30mm tyres, which complement the wheels perfectly, noticeably improving both performance and ride smoothness. I also love the subtle design, they look and feel premium.

On top of that, Tom is a great bloke and offers genuinely excellent aftercare. I’d definitely choose these over a bigger brand, the quality is clearly, and you simply can’t match the personal touch you get with VeloElite.

I’m a huge fan and will definitely be a returning customer.
